To do this, while the email is open - click the three dots in the upper right corner and click on "report phishing."

If the email is suspicious, please do not click or open anything else in the email.

If you click on something by mistake - change your password and please notify your building technology specialist To change your password - follow the steps here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ev_Zb2DE_fyJGgHR7mHQ8OgU3JNDb12e3gkbBHZ22hc/edit

A couple tips and tricks 1. If an email appears from a staff email address but seems suspicious - send a new email to that person (do not reply directly to the suspicious email) and ask them to verify that they sent you the "suspicious" email. 2. You can hover your mouse over links and the web address it leads to will display in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. Make sure you look at it carefully before proceeding. 3. If the attachments seem suspicious - do not download them. Open them in your browser or use google drive to view them. 4. Google will never have you send them a password through email address. In addition, Technology staff will never request a staff password through email.
